太平人壽免費向全球用戶提供健康咨詢服務,馳援抗疫
近日,太平人壽攜手數字健康平臺“微醫”,上線面向全球用戶的線上公益健康咨詢服務,全天候24小時提供免費醫療咨詢服務,為海外同胞和國際友人的身心健康提供專業支持,以實際行動馳援全球抗疫。
新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延,國際社會面臨共同挑戰。太平人壽迅速行動,通過與數字健康平臺“微醫”合作,在“太平保寶”微信公眾號的“家太平”線上樂活社區,開放了“全球線上公益健康咨詢服務平臺”,面向全球所有用戶,提供不限國家、不限次數、完全免費的醫療健康咨詢服務,幫助身處疫情嚴重地區的同胞和國際友人科學防疫、共克時艱。
“全球線上公益健康咨詢服務平臺”已集合了我國8000多名專家參與在線咨詢服務,涵蓋諸多三甲醫院呼吸內科、感染科、全科等科室的主治及以上醫師,他們中的大多數更是此次中國抗擊疫情“空中救援隊”里經驗豐富的“老兵”。用戶只需在線提交自身想要咨詢的健康問題,或者對疾病癥狀的描述,平臺就會推送和分配對應科室醫生,為用戶提供一對一專屬醫療咨詢服務。為方便國際友人的使用,平臺已支持英語、漢語、意大利語、韓語、日語等二十多種語言的在線智能實時翻譯,并將進一步支持更多語言。
除了醫療健康咨詢,平臺同步上線的還有《新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎防治知識手冊》中英雙語版電子圖書,以及心理援助、知名中醫咨詢、海外疫情數據、抗疫科普專欄等多個欄目,為全球用戶提供“醫學無國界”的專業服務。

Taiping Life provides free health consultations for global users
and helps fight the COVID-19 pandemic
Recently, Taiping Life and WeDoctor, a digital health platform, launched an online public service to provide health consultations for global users, free of charge and 24 hours available. Working together, we took practical actions to fight the COVID-19 pandemic by helping overseas compatriots and international friends with professional supports for physical and mental health.
The world community is facing a tough challenge as the COVID-19 pandemic spreads. Taiping Life has taken actions promptly. Collaborating with the digital health platform WeDoctor, Taiping Life has launched a "Global Free Health Consultation Center Online" in the "Taiping Family LOHAS Community Online" of the "Taiping BaoBao" (Official account on WeChat). We aim at providing medical and health consulting services with global access to help our compatriots and international friends in the hot zones, free of charge with no time limits. Together, we shall tackle the difficulties with scientific methods.
More than 8,000 experts, ranging from attendings to senior professors of 3A-level hospitals, have joined our "Global Free Health Consultation Center Online" platform to provide consultations, covering respiratory, infection, general practice, and other areas. Most of them are seasoned veterans from the medical virtual rescue team in the battle of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic in China. Once a user submits the health issues or describes the symptoms online, the platform will assign and notify an appropriate doctor to provide the user with one-to-one exclusive medical consulting services. For the convenience of international friends, the platform has supported online intelligent real-time translation in more than 20 languages, including English, Chinese, Italian, Korean, and Japanese. More languages will be available in the future.
Apart from health consultations, the platform has also launched many other useful resources, such as the e-book "Handbook of Knowledge on Prevention and Treatment of Pneumonia Infected by COVID-19" (both Chinese and English versions), psychological assistance column, famous TCM doctor consultation, overseas epidemic data, Combating COVID-19 column, etc., with the goal of offering "medicine without borders" professional services to users worldwide.
